Mushrooms at Beaulieu Road, New Forest

In Autumn and the early winter months, my choice of subject is either winter birds or fungi. With the latter the majority are of mushrooms and so I spend a lot of my time lying down. If this is something you decide you want to do then I recommend you purchase a kneeler mat, which keeps the damp & cold at bay.

These two shots of mushrooms were taken at Beaulieu Road in the New Forest with the Zuiko Olympus OM 80mm F4 macro lens and Olympus OM T32 ND8 filters placed over the Olympus T28 macro twin flash heads.
