Torridon Countryside Centre

This is the 2nd post about the trip to Torridon.

Torridon has a countryside centre and deer musuem and the location shown on the map at the bottom of the post. If your fortunate you will see herds of red deer in the fields and you will also find a bird hide looking over the loch towards the Torridon Hotel.

The weather on the day was not the best, gale force winds & heavy showers, and so we did not venture too far. There is a pleasant short walk along the loch from the centre to Fasag that you may wish to take in better conditions.

A couple of views from the centre.

First looking towards Beinn Alligin.

  • Good set from an unpleasant day. I really do like the shot with the hotel in it.
