Loch Torridon Hotel walk

All of these landscapes are from a walk beginning at Loch Torridon Hotel that heads towards Balgy. The route is easy going following a track, and on good day you will get decent views of Beinn Alligin and Liathach across upper Loch Torridon. The day of this walk wasn’t a day for clear views, though the weather resulted in some interesting low cloud formations.

Right at the beginning of the walk you can take a small divergence within the grounds of Loch Torridon Hotel to a bay with a small island and views of Liathach and Beinn Alligin, all of which you can just about make out in the first 3 pictures. Just after the bay the path narrows taking you through woodland to rejoin the main broader track.

The next and final set are all from around Ob Gorm Mor bay, before returning back to the hotel car park due to the further deterioration in the weather.
