Damsels, Flies and Weevils

This selection of macro photo’s have been taken over the last couple of days at two reserves. The flies and the Common Leaf Weevil (Phyllobius pyri) are all from Kilwood reserve whereas the Damsels and the Acorn Weevil (Curculio glandium) are from Blashford Lakes reserve. For the latter I made another change to the diffusion set up, this time adding a folded piece of vellum paper in front of both of the flash heads.

I have started with the damsel shots as I like them the best.
