Shrooms and autumn scenes

All of the pictures in this post bar one have been taken at Anderwood within the New Forest, the other is from another location within the New Forest, that of Fritham. The theme of the pictures is autumnal, capturing the various shades of colour of the turning leaves, along with the sight of mushrooms growing amongst the fallen leaves.

I will start with the one photo from Fritham, a decaying cork screw tree.

Now on to Anderwood, and the shrooms amongst the decaying foliage.

This first one has a visiting fly sitting on the top.
