Stanpit Marsh

On a brief visit to Stanpit Marsh nature reserve today I managed to photograph a 1st for me, the Wheatear (Oenanthe oenanthe).

There were also a few lapwings around, and I shot a pair in flight.

and finally there was this Little Egret who after the 1st picture showed that he wasnt too impressed with me or it could have been with the wind.
