Kinlochleven to Mam Beag circular walk
On the face of it this walk didnt look to daunting however the start turned out to be hard slog up a steep windy path that also traversed through heather. Plus it was a hot sticky day to boot.
The route we took started out at the Ice Factor in the centre of Kinlochleven, took you past the Great Mares Tail watefall, then climbed up to the derelict Mamor Lodge. You then turn left to walk along a wide track to Mam Beag where you will find the descent back down to Kinlochleven.
This walk offers you great views of Beinn Na Cailliich, Loch Leven, and Garbh Bheinn.
